Research Help

Librarians can help at any stage of your research project. Explore a topic, find data and information, verify arguments, and more.

Students meet with a librarian in Lavery Library.
Meet with a Librarian

Drop in

Come to the library service desk and ask to speak with the librarian on call. No appointment is necessary.

Schedule a Time

Zoom and in-person options are available throughout the week.

Chat

If you’re unable to meet with a Fisher librarian, you can ask one of our partner librarians for help. We use a chat service called ChatStaff that connects you with real librarians for help. They can answer most research questions, except for some that are Fisher-specific.

Email

You can send an email to Research Help, and a Fisher librarian will get back to you during business hours.
