04/29/2026 - Psychology alumna Natalie Byrd ’25 has received a Graduate Research Fellowship (GRF) from the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF). She is among the 2,500 awardees in this year’s cohort, comprised of graduate students across the United States who are pursuing research-based degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
04/27/2026 - Soon-to-be-alumnus Tyler Grau ’26 is wrapping up his Fisher experience with a full-time offer secured thanks to a standout internship at Moog Inc., the globally recognized engineering and manufacturing company headquartered in his hometown of Buffalo, NY.
04/24/2026 - This spring, ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ’s Beta Gamma Sigma chapter tapped 17 students and two faculty members for induction. The international honor society is for AACSB-accredited schools representing the top five percent of business programs around the world.
04/24/2026 - Soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to complete the annual First Destinations Survey (FDS) administered by the University to all bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree recipients.
04/23/2026 - The Institute for Civic and Community Engagement at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ recognized students, faculty, and community partners during the annual Community Engagement Awards, held on Tuesday, April 21.
04/23/2026 - The most recent cohort of nursing graduates from the ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Wegmans School of Nursing has achieved a 100% first‑time pass rate on the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX‑RN), a significant academic milestone for the School.
04/22/2026 - On April 19, ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ Athletics inducted 87 student-athletes as part of the second Chi Alpha Sigma honor society class.
04/20/2026 - This week’s “Countdown to Commencement” series features Dominique Lawrence, a Spanish and film and television major. She was nominated by Dr. Meg Flaherty, assistant dean of students and Title IX coordinator, and Dr. Marina Bonilla-Conejo, assistant professor in the Department of Modern Languages.
04/20/2026 - The ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ School of Business has announced the addition of a new finance concentration within its Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, expanding academic pathways for graduate students seeking advanced preparation in financial analysis, modeling, and decision-making.
04/20/2026 - This fall marks the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 tragedy that shook the nation. To honor this milestone, rising sophomores, Connor Brown, Cam Cook, and Tyler Hildreth are partnering with University administration, campus clubs and departments, community organizations, local businesses, and first responders to host a 9/11 Memorial and Stair climb at Fisher.
