Program Eligibility

The M.S. in Mental Health Counseling program is designed for students with an undergraduate degree in any discipline. 

Application Materials Needed

  • Completed .
  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate work. (For the quickest transcript processing, please contact each institution attended and request an official transcript with electronic delivery to ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ.)
  • Two recommendations. These should be from colleagues, professors, or supervisors. (You will be prompted to assign your recommenders within the online application.)
  • Current résumé.
  • Personal goal statement of 300 to 500 words that includes your:
    • Goals and plans for the future.
    • Reason for graduate study in your chosen field.

Note: You will be prompted to upload your documents during the submission of your application.

Interview Process

Applicants who meet the admission requirements will be required to participate in a formal interview.
