11/12/2024 - Last spring, Emma Muchow, a junior media and communication major, and Marissa Terech, a junior Spanish and early education dual major, began the process of creating and publishing a children’s bilingual poetry book, Pig Tales and Poemas with Mia la Cerdita.
10/22/2024 - During a special ceremony, ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ honored 15 graduates who have found success in their careers and have been influential in serving their communities. The celebration recognized Dean’s Medal recipients from each of the five Schools and graduates of the last decade with the Ten Under 10 Awards.
10/03/2024 - Students: Sign up to volunteer at the Rochester Education Foundation’s (REF) Future Fair, to be held at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ on Friday, Oct. 11.
09/24/2024 - ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ is once again among the top 200 institutions in the country, earning multiple spots on the U.S. News & World Report’s annual “Best Colleges” feature.

08/23/2024 - This summer, 150 rising ninth graders from the Rochester City School District (RCSD) spent five weeks at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ for Acceleration University.
07/24/2024 - The Ed.D. in Executive Leadership Program through the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. School of Education at ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ was honored during the Women of Color Summit Kick-Off Event, held on Thursday, June 6, in Niagara Falls.
07/12/2024 - A record-breaking 37 ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ undergraduates are engaging in the Summer Fellows Research Program, collaborating with faculty mentors on research projects representing more than a dozen disciplines.
07/03/2024 - ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ recently announced the Dean’s List honorees for the Spring 2024 semester, which includes more than 1,400 undergraduate students.
05/12/2024 - Each year, ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ honors graduating seniors for their academic successes. Among the Class of 2024, 10 students who graduated in December 2023 and May 2024 were recognized for exceptional academic performance. These are the highest honors bestowed to baccalaureate students during their time at the University.
