Anthony Rodriguez is the principal of Edison Career & Technology High School. He has also served as principal of Anna Murray-Douglass Academy School No. 12, an assistant principal of James Monroe Upper School, and was previously a social studies teacher at Monroe, which included bilingual instruction.
As a teacher leader and then a school building leader, Rodriguez has spent his career working to meet the needs of students, families, and staff. He has led teams, facilitated professional learning for adults, mentored teachers, and ran an experiential summer learning program for Rochester City School District students on ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ’s campus for two years.
Rodriguez earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Florida International University, a bilingual extension certification from Nazareth University, and two master’s degrees from ÃÛÌÒÓ°Ïñ: one in special education and social studies and a second in educational leadership.
